To use Tikva CBD Tincture Oil, fill dropper with a dose of cannabis oil and administer 1-3 drops under the tongue or between the gums and teeth. For simple measuring, you can drop the correct amount onto a spoon, then ingest.
For newer users, the lowest concentration is recommended. For our 800mg strength, there is 2.2mg of CBD per three drops of oil.

To use Tikva CBD Relief Cream, depress the pump, and apply liberally as often as needed to the desired area.
For our 300mg cream strength, each pump contains 5mg of CBD.
